Trump's mental illness confirmed

I'm starting to think Trump doesn't want to win. Nobody can be as stupid as he acts most of the time. If he would act just a little presidential he would walk away with this thing. I am also starting to think he is in cahoots with KKKankles.

I've been saying something similar to this since he became a valid candidate. The guy is bored and just loves being on camera. He's doing all of this for entertainment and he was never going to win against Hillary from the beginning.

Claiming that a fire marshal is acting politically by enforcing the building capacity is odd.

Doing it twice, in two different states, where you gather the press to make these bizarre, wild eyed claims, suggests losing your grip on reality.

You know, I could point to more than a few times your own party has gone out of their way to act "odd" and "bizarre." But it would just be wasted electrons since you would just casually toss them aside.

2 different states, you say?

Wonder if he'll mention it in all 57?

In many cities Fire Marshals have wide latitudes in enforcing occupancy codes. I've witnessed a fire inspector weld his power to deny an occupancy permit for personal reasons so it's not unreasonable to suggest one would do it for political purposes.

I see you're still somewhat a bi*** so at least that hasn't changed.

Donald Trump blasts ANOTHER fire marshal for 'political' interference | Daily Mail Online

The entire hall is a 72,000 square-foot behemoth that can seat 4,140 people at banquet tables without running afoul of the fire code, according to the convention center's event planning guide.

With rows of chairs instead of tables, the capacity would be larger.

Even with half-the room curtained off, the convention center would rent Monday's Trump event for 2,070 fans.

you might want to look into those codes pretty much every section comes with "the jurisdiction having authority" is the final say. If the Knoxville fire department said you could only have ten fans in Neyland stadium come game day the buck stops with them. If the fire marshal says 1000 people it doesn't matter how "safe" the space is.

this is a case where Volprof is right on this being a mixed up world. The republicans are lambasting the local authority saying they should do what the federal government says. actually in this case its an international body that wrote these codes that the US has adopted by state.

doesn't mean the fire marshal isn't dirty for doing this, or has ulterior motives. but he is well within his rights to do so.

You kind of just made Trump's argument. trump never claimed he doesn't have the right to do it. He's just accusing that it's a politically motivated Busch league move.

he is not enforcing the building capacity. He is enforcing what he "believes" is the limit. they are two different things and his will rules. as has been stated the building can safely accommodate more but it doesn't matter if the FM says no.

could be, or there could be a legitimate concern. I would want to know some background. any recent renovations/repairs? New FM? City/state adopt new regulations? Did the FM file a report before hand that came with the restriction? (maybe saw something he didn't like- table blocking an exit route, sprinkler head blocked, have the systems been tested recently? etc etc) there are dozens of legitimate reasons for him to do it, along with the very clear possibility he is getting kick backs.

Are you suggesting it's outside the realm of possibility for a public official to use the powers of their office for political purposes?

Trump is a habitual whiner to the point of paranoia. He has a thousand conspiracy theories and everything is rigged in his mind and he only knows the low road.

Oh Dear Lord.

Dear Lord is right.

Fire Marshals have a tremendous amount of power and you who supposedly works with the police should know this. Sometimes the police will use the Fire Marshal to prevent crowds or disperse people from an event that the police have no legal means to do so.

Trump is a buffoon but he has some legitimate grips especially with the media.

Trump is a buffoon and he does have a legitimate gripe with the media. Especially when you have articles and comments like this:

Poll: Clinton support spikes following Democratic Convention - AOL

The Republican National Convention did not result in a post-convention bounce for Trump.

Which is pretty contrary to every poll out there that had him nudge upwards.

However, BB and LG still didn't answer the question posed to them.

I think the emails showing CNN is fully aligned with the Clinton camp is obvious.

“There’s a pattern here,” Zakaria said. “Every time it is demonstrated that Donald Trump is plainly ignorant about some basic public policy issue, some well-known fact, he comes back with a certain bravado, and tries to explain it away with a tweet or a statement. … Usually he adds that the press hates him.”

“This is the mode of a bulls*** artist,” Zakaria said.

I'm suggesting that his ego and the criticism he's taken has transformed him into a man suspecting that everyone is out to get him, that he's making what are now clearly irrational claims related to that fixation he has as a victim.
