I'm starting to think Trump doesn't want to win. Nobody can be as stupid as he acts most of the time. If he would act just a little presidential he would walk away with this thing. I am also starting to think he is in cahoots with KKKankles.
Claiming that a fire marshal is acting politically by enforcing the building capacity is odd.
Doing it twice, in two different states, where you gather the press to make these bizarre, wild eyed claims, suggests losing your grip on reality.

I see you're still somewhat a bi*** so at least that hasn't changed.
Donald Trump blasts ANOTHER fire marshal for 'political' interference | Daily Mail Online
The entire hall is a 72,000 square-foot behemoth that can seat 4,140 people at banquet tables without running afoul of the fire code, according to the convention center's event planning guide.
With rows of chairs instead of tables, the capacity would be larger.
Even with half-the room curtained off, the convention center would rent Monday's Trump event for 2,070 fans.
you might want to look into those codes pretty much every section comes with "the jurisdiction having authority" is the final say. If the Knoxville fire department said you could only have ten fans in Neyland stadium come game day the buck stops with them. If the fire marshal says 1000 people it doesn't matter how "safe" the space is.
this is a case where Volprof is right on this being a mixed up world. The republicans are lambasting the local authority saying they should do what the federal government says. actually in this case its an international body that wrote these codes that the US has adopted by state.
doesn't mean the fire marshal isn't dirty for doing this, or has ulterior motives. but he is well within his rights to do so.

You kind of just made Trump's argument. trump never claimed he doesn't have the right to do it. He's just accusing that it's a politically motivated Busch league move.

Trump is a buffoon but he has some legitimate grips especially with the media.
The Republican National Convention did not result in a post-convention bounce for Trump.
Trump is a buffoon and he does have a legitimate gripe with the media. Especially when you have articles and comments like this:
Poll: Clinton support spikes following Democratic Convention - AOL
Which is pretty contrary to every poll out there that had him nudge upwards.
However, BB and LG still didn't answer the question posed to them.
Theres a pattern here, Zakaria said. Every time it is demonstrated that Donald Trump is plainly ignorant about some basic public policy issue, some well-known fact, he comes back with a certain bravado, and tries to explain it away with a tweet or a statement. Usually he adds that the press hates him.
This is the mode of a bulls*** artist, Zakaria said.
Are you suggesting it's outside the realm of possibility for a public official to use the powers of their office for political purposes?
