Question about season tickets.

Both the Battle at Bristol and season tickets for middle and east Tennessee will start to be delivered tomorrow. We were trying to get them delivered separately but it just wasn't meant to be.

This is wrong, season tickets will be delivered tomorrow. Bristol tickets which were supposed to go out Monday have been delayed and appear to be going out for delivery the same day as season tickets. I will confirm that in a few minutes when I get to work.

would not surprise me. I've been told different things by different reps in the past. I've got "some" tickets" coming tomorrow. Emails have indicated they are Bristol tickets. I've seen nothing stating season tickets have been mailed.

I've always been fearful this gets screwed up because same ticket printing organization sending both orders. Hope they don't screw it up..

My tickets are on the way to me with a scheduled delivery tomorrow, per the UPS notification I got earlier this morning and checking the status they have left Knoxville probably headed for Chattanooga. And that means they will make it to me tomorrow.

Edited to add - that these have to be season tickets as I do not have tickets to Bristol. Of course if they want to send those to me I will take them. :)

And I have not gotten any email from Tennessee Fund or UT Ticket office - but because I am connected to UPS Choice, they send me notifications when things are being shipped to me.

Same here. My email was from UPS. Delivery is tomorrow and I didn't order Bristol tickets only season tickets.

I know what you mean. We just sorted 16,000 for middle and east Tennessee. I believe almost everyone will get both sets tomorrow and Friday.

So here's the email I received from UT this morning:

Dear Season Ticket Holder,

UPS will begin delivering University of Tennessee football season tickets during the first week of August. Please note that due to the high volume and processing time in the Knoxville area, it could be August 12th before a first delivery attempt is made. Your package will be shipped to:

XXX XXXXXX

XX XXXXXXXX XX
FRANKLIN TN 37064

If you would like to track your package, the tracking number is 1ZXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX or you may click on the link below:

UPS: Tracking Information

No signature is required for delivery of tickets. Therefore, UPS will leave tickets on their first delivery attempt. Please note that if you request your tickets be rerouted to another address, a $25.00 fee will be charged to your account.

Thank you for your support of Tennessee Athletics.

Please do not reply to this e-mail. Any replies should be directed to:

University of Tennessee Ticket Office
P.O. Box 47

or email to volstix@utk.edu.

or call

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, EDT

GO VOLS!

Of course, when I click the link UPS confirms that my tickets are on the UPS truck out for delivery today so I can see why there has been some confusion. Go Vols!

I've not got an email about either :(

Maybe they sent emails out in reverse donor level order. That would explain why I got mine first since I'm at the "Who are you again" level. In all seriousness I'm sure it will arrive soon. In my case I got an email from UPS first, then UT today but the email says UPS will begin delivering tickets in August but mine are on the truck for delivery today. With as many season tickets as they've sold I can't imagine the work that went into getting the all out in such a short time period!

My package is supposed to be delivered between 2-6 PM today according to my UPS online account. Super pumped right now and can't wait to get home.

FYI - I have not received an email either.

EDIT: Just got my email from UT regarding season ticket shipments.

I just saw that mine are to be delivered today as well. I looked at the tracking details of mine. It started out in Fort Smith, AR then flew to Knoxville and is slowly making its way back across the state. We live in West TN. They could have saved some time and dropped the package out of the plane when it went over our house.

Got my email from UT, still waiting on Bristol.

I bought mine through the track during one of their later sales, so I imagine they will take a few days.
