So, I was listening to 104.5 on my lunch hour the other day and they had a very interesting segment that I thought could make for a fun topic.

Chad Withrow was having people call in and give their "crazy 2016 predictions." Essentially, things that are unlikely to happen, but something they believe needs to be watched our for.

For example, Withrow believes Texas A&M is going to win the SEC West this year, and that Tennessee will go 10-2 with one of those losses being to A&M. Another caller had a little bigger stretch of the imagination saying that Tennessee and Alabama meet 3 times this year, once in the regular season, once in Atlanta, and once in the playoffs.

For me, I think my "bold prediction" is going to be that LSU will beat Alabama, but not make it to Atlanta. So not completely out there, but would be crazy to see the winner of that game not make it to Atlanta this year.

Up 16-14, Lane Kiffin decides to take a long shot at the end zone with 4 minutes to go. Cam Sutton intercepts the ball and returns it for the game winning touchdown.

I mean, you did say bold...

I predict the SEC champion will have 2 losses and will not make the playoffs.

I will be even bolder......Cam not only intercepts the ball with 4 minutes to go but then runs all over the field with Bama players chasing him eventually running out the clock as he crosses the goal line for the win. Lane Kiffen throws down his visor Spurrier style and vows to never loose to TN again. His statement is true as he is fired the next day and goes on to coach wide receivers for the Dallas Cowboys never again facing the Volunteers.

How's that for bold?

My actual bold prediction is that TN goes undefeated in the regular season but does not win the Natty. We get defeated in the Playoffs by a team no one had making it there (like Boise State or Iowa). Alright Iowa is laughable but you get the idea.

I'm not sure if this is bold or not. I really see it happening:

Lane Kiffen gets the Bruce/Kaitlin Jenner gender bender treatment, leaves his hot wife and hooks up with Richard Simmons. They both get arrested for robbing a sperm bank and take up a polyamorous relationship at supermax with newly assigned Gitmo prisoners.

Crazy bold predictions eh?

Missouri, Texas A&M, and South Carolina or Arkansas leave the SEC in 2016, and the conference invites back Georgia Tech, Tulane, and Sewanee.

Vanderbilt finishes above Florida in standings.

Thats not bold. That is expected. Over the last 11 years Vandy has done better than us beating Florida, as Dobbs would say, "That's Crazy!". #120 gonna change all that. How great will they be?
