2016 Election Thread Part Deux

"Tweeting out white supremacy imagery? That's nowhere near the worst thing my candidate has done!"

We're ****ed as a nation

Intent matters in all things. If you believe his intent was to send out white supremacist imagery then ok. I don't believe that. He is running for the highest position in the land and has a small chance at it. Him or his campaign screwed up. He is smarter then people, including me, give him credit for. His campaign lied about creating the meme. That's all. Be outraged over some real ****.

They screwed up, and then they lied about it and claimed they created the image

I said that. Again ***** about what matters. Nobody gives a **** about this. My Jewish girlfriend doesn't even think it's an issue. She's probably voting HC. But even on this she says you are over reacting. Perspective and intent. You are now backing away from him being racist bc of this to he lied about creating it

Oh I say probably bc she claims undecided but she, and her family who hate that I am a gentile, are supremely pissed at our current President.

White House Watch - Rasmussen Reports?

White House Watch: Trump 44%, Clinton 37%

Just days before the Republican National Convention is expected to formally nominate him for president, Donald Trump has taken his largest lead yet over Hillary Clinton.

The latest Rasmussen Reports weekly White House Watch survey of Likely U.S. Voters finds Trump with 44% support to Clinton’s 37%. Thirteen percent (13%) favor some other candidate, and six percent (6%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

This is the third week in a row that Trump has held the lead, although last week he was ahead by a statistically insignificant 42% to 40%. This week’s findings represent Trump’s highest level of support in surveys since last October and show Clinton continuing to lose ground.
