Incorrect. He was pretty much a vol lock early last year. He even said himself he was set on going to Tennessee before he decided to actually take some visits without having his mind set on Tennessee. After he did he just couldn't see himself playing in Neyland. Said telling coach Z no was the hardest thing he had to do

This may or may not be true, but just I suspect that GFW's comments are simply opinions based on people he talks to and what they say.

The only reliable recruiting source is the player when he actually signs with a school. The rest is fodder for discussion.

One thing I will say for GFW and some others. I respect their willingness to put what they believe on these boards. I also pray for them when they are wrong, because the firestorm coming their way is going to be ugly.

Too bad you missed out on Sabanocchio, LV, Bob Mueller, JMoore and some others. There was a guy claimed his brother or cousin hacked his account. This place has really had some characters over the years. The Ambles, Scroggins & Santos player threads were just terrific.

Also, D4H is the man. I actually should have led with that.

I'm all about the Markieth Ambles thread. Every morning for two weeks the mods had to clean up numerous pages at a time. The Jeff Luc one was pretty good too.
