To Protect and to Serve II

Duty bound... good to know that 2 kids won't have their lives ruined over reefer and guns. I do have an issue if the gun was stolen, however. But this does prove that there is far more discretion allowed for charging people than we are lead to believe...

He isn't doing this out of the goodness of his heart. You know he got an off the record care package......but it was only some dope and a stolen weapon.....

Officer Goodson's verdict will be read Thursday morning. He is the officer facing the most serious charges for the Freddie Gray incident and probably the most responsible. If he walks Thursday I think the State will be in serious trouble int he remaining four cases. One resulted in a mistrial and the other was a not guilty on all counts.

The verdict is in: Not Guilty.

Oathkeeper Sheriff Blocks Feds From Raiding Local Farmer | DontComply.com

Sheriff Rogers wrote to the DOJ and let them know that he would take action if the federal inspectors came without a signed warrant that specified probable cause to give a clear reason why they needed to conduct their invasive searches:
“I understand that you have made recent requests to (the farmer) for documents and to appear before a grand jury, and he has had a number of inspections and attempted inspections on his farm within Elkhart County. This is notice that any further attempts to inspect this farm without a warrant signed by a judge, based on probable cause, will result in federal inspectors’ removal or arrest for trespassing by my officers or I. In addition, if any further action is taken by the federal government on (the farmer), while he is in Elkhart County, I will expect that you or federal authorities contact my office prior to such action. I will expect you to forward this information to your federal associates, including the FDA.”

He's doing his job and upholding the Constitution. He should be applauded.

Celeste Guap, 18, claims to have had sex with more than 30 Bay Area police officers in exchange for cash, tips about upcoming prostitution stings, and protection from prosecution. Things allegedly started when she was still a minor and met Oakland officer Brendan O'Brien in the course of fleeing an abusive pimp.

According to Guap, she and O'Brien began having sex in February 2015.

2 things:

1. I know this is TSA and not cop related, but it still hihglights the police state that we live in here in 'Murica. Could have easily been cops as well.
2. These people are not suing to break the bank. Only $100k? I'm sorry, but I will have to go racial on this. Had this been a black family, they would have been asking for millions, not $100k. Just saying...

Re the Baton Rouge story.

I can see very little of what is going on. The car blocks a view of his hands, which is critical here.

Stop assuming the worst, please, and wait for full facts to emerge.
