I do mine on the grill in a tin covered with foil, with Italian dressing, Tony Cachere's, bell peppers and onions. Keeps them moist and the flavor rocks.

They were very moist with this method and great flavor. I'm at a beach house and only have a propane grill here. If I were at home, I would have smoked them with Apple wood
