Randolph was a true workman and made some crucial plays while at UT. He'll certainly be missed this season.

I can understand rushing 3. I can't understand using a 4th to spy a pro-style QB on the final play of the game from 25-30 yards from the EZ requiring aTD. Maybe someone can help me with that?

Rushing 3 is almost a never good idea. It will get you fired.

I couldn't believe Cam fell down in coverage on that play. Not a good highlight to have.

I think he saw Randolph coming over the top and took himself out to avoid a collision knowing Randolph was in the better spot to knock the ball away.

Would've thought that he would've learned from the FL game...apparently not.

You may be right, but if so, he probably should have taken himself out of the play a little more gracefully.

I'm thinking this play might have been higher than #7 for last year. It cemented an absolutely critical must win. While the play didn't necessarily save the game, it ended it. What didn't happen is Georgia scoring and then going for two and winning or scoring to tie the score and having great momentum to start overtime.

I didn't exhale until the clock hit zeroes and the teams met at midfield. After 13 men on the field at LSU and the debacle at the Music City Bowl, you can't be too sure.

What a great play by Randolph. The highlight of his career.

It's either that or he stumbled turning around to jump and deflect the ball himself. It happens, but that would have been an awful time for it to happen.

Yea that game almost ended twice before that. I think TK jr bobbled an easy pick in the end zone. Then the offensive penalty before that play, but the clock was already stopped so no run off

Well let's put it this way, the guy who called that defensive play "chose" to leave the DC position at an SEC school to be the secondaries coach at a G5 program.

Sutton did not intentionally duck down. You think our best DB made an assumption and hoped Randolph would make the play and just fell down on purpose? In the biggest play of the game? No...he lost his footing and thank God Randolph WAS in the position to make the play because if he's not that IS a TD and a devastating OT.
