All I've got to say is that the size and speed of SEC ball will be a VERY TOUGH ADJUSTMENT for Bituli.

Agree....he played High school ball against bad competition. Not to take anything away from him but he was a man against boys. I have high hopes for him. When my sons team played them everyone on the team done all they could to avoid him. Private schools should have their own league.....not competing against 1-A public schools. Too big of an advantage!

90% of kids coming out of high school are going to have a hard time adjusting to the level of play in the SEC. Its a huge learning curve both physically and mentally with the expection of just a few that's just plum out special athletes that can compete at this level right away.

In before "everyone one gets a trophy"!

(I hate when people bit*h about that trophy stuff. Trophies are great and they really bring a cheap feaux wood shelf to life. What's the big deal? My shiny participation accolades are quite the conversation piece.)

He also has phenomenal speed, size, and quickness, when measured against the top linebacker recruits in the country.

Coaches don't offer players based on their high school stats alone, regardless of competition. Most Tennessee Mr. Football winners last year did not land scholarships to D1 FBS schools, let alone multiple SEC schools.

Luckily he'll have time to redshirt and adjust.
Even redshirting, its going to be an insanely huge adjustment going from playing the Red Boiling Springs, Pickett Counties, and Clay Counties of the world to playing UF, UGA, and Bammer. Make no mistake though, I'm pulling for him to succeed more than I am for just about any other player.
Why are you yelling?
I think it's cute, obviously!

Are you sure that is ALL you've got to say? Because it feels like you want to add something about Bituli embarrassing you in front of the bros at the food court or something. If this is personal let's get it out there and deal with it together, big guy. Why are you so certain he is a fraud?

I think it goes without saying that SEC play is going to be an adjustment for the entire class.

Except Warrior maybe.
Look, idk Bituli, and I've never met him. All I've done is study his game film and watched him closely for 2+ years. Being that all three played their HS ball in TN, IMO, it's far more likely that Bituli is the next Chris Donald than it is he's the next JRM. I really would love nothing more than for him to turn out being a straight up, head hunting STUD for us. However, I just don't imagine it will end up like that unfortunately.

But everyone done knows what they say about opinions. Plus what is my two cents worth to a dime, ya know what I'm saying?
