I'm no fan, either.
For whatever reason, the miscreants here on this board cannot fathom that on the one hand you can be a non-supporter of hers, or actually even oppose her, but on the other hand be unwilling to put up with nonsensical or just outright bad arguments or claims from the GOP shriekers.
I don't want to vote for her. Right now I plan not to vote. That doesn't mean I'm going to let the usual right wing tripe that passes as objective fact or commentary just slide by without pointing out their falsehoods and their kindergarten logic.
I despise both of them, and I will only be voting a "write-in" this presidential cycle. That being said, Bill Maher, who I think has been a Bernie-sympathizer this entire time (though he's never quite said for certain), made an excellent point this past Friday on his show: Hillary may be awful, but at least she's awful within our normal parameters of awfulness.
I agree. If it has to be one of these two losers, then I prefer her, as you can at least make some sense of her. Donald Trump, on the other hand, I have no freaking clue what that man is going to do. He's like the Joker became a serious candidate for Gotham's Police Commissioner position. He's just a freaking lunatic, as far as I'm concerned, judging from his comments. I don't think he's actually a lunatic, but I just have no way to sort out where he is serious from where he isn't. Like Maher said, you just can't take a man serious who claims he "knows more about taxes than anyone in history ever." That's behavior just so unbecoming of a man, I'd much prefer to vote for the screeching woman, in a battle of losers, quite frankly.
Again, I will not vote for either, and, if my advice was worth anything, I would advise everyone on here to refuse to vote this election, unless they are voting for a practical third party candidate. This cycle has been about blaming the establishment, but, as it turns out, the "voice of the people" sucks even more - it either votes in the worst of the establishment or it votes in an authoritarian numbskull. The people are idiots. We need a third option - not establishment, and not the people. If more of us would refuse to vote, instead of settling for "the lesser evil," maybe the major parties would finally start to give us better alternatives.
