Let's be honest here, Trump AND Cruz aren't real republicans. Kasich is the only real one still in it at this point. If our political system was built in a way that could accommodate more than two parties, neither of them would be on the Republican ticket anyway.
I disagree. Cruz belongs in the Republican Party. He and Mike Lee embody what the Republican Party is supposed to represent. Kasich is a RINO, which unfortunately too many Republicans are these days which leads people like yourself to assume that's the real Republicanism. But it's not. Conservatives have been poised to seize back the party after years and years of hard work, but then along comes the fake Republican Donald Trump who completely destroyed a decade of hard work and progress toward a conservative party in one fell swoop.
This thing is awesome, reminded of the Vols and thought I'd share. Maybe it would look better in white, instead of black - or maybe some white accents to go along with the orange?

Trump is bringing huge numbers of Dems and independents. He is single handily reviving (and exposing) the gop.
Yeah. Around 35% of primary voters, the lowest percentage of a candidate in recent history. Granted that's more than any other single person this cycle, but it doesn't equate to the huge numbers that TrumpNews Network would like everyone to believe. Ted Cruz got more votes in little Wisconsin than Donald Trump did in New York. He's not reviving the Party. He's killing it. He's singlehandedly morphing the platform to some mish mash, populist, spontaneous blob. The people who oppose his lack of conservative principle will never forgive the pro-Trump sliver of the Party for selling out on substance. The pro-Trump 35% will never forgive the other members of the party for trying to stop this abomination that they unconditionally and almost religiously trust in like Brawndo. He's balkanized the Party, possibly long term, into multiple factions at a time when otherwise the young conservatives were poised to take control of the party from the empty promising Mitch McConnell's of the world. He didn't expose the GOP establishment. He did what neither the establishment GOP nor the Democrats could do. He killed the Tea Party and in turn the future of the Republican Party. Now it's anything goes.

Fellas, what do I do? On a plane with Coach Martinez. He is checking his personalized recruit guide, contains the 2017 recruits, Rivals pictures and all. He is making a list from his notes on select recruits. He is checking off names on the list.
