Inky is such an inspirational young man. Love this story.

Charles Barkley praises Inky Johnson video

“A guy named Inky Johnson has the best video I’ve ever seen in my life,” Barkley said. “Every young kid — every young kid — should watch this video. It’s the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen. Shoutout, Inky Johnson.”

Inky is one of my all time favorite VOL! Barkley could learn a thing or two from Inky . . .

Inky Johnson should be permanently placed as the Head of The VFL Project...and paid handsomely for it.

Pretty soon Inky may be a household name and we'll all be able to say we knew him when...

If you haven't read his book, do yourself a favor and go get it NOW!

I keep wondering when ESPN 30for30 will do a documentary on Inky. I've even contacted them before to make sure they are aware of his story.

I just looked up his book, and it's almost $80. I'm no book expert but that seems extremely expensive.

While I agree with this Barkley fellow I must say his exposure has REALLY, REALLY, worn thin. I'm sure he's just a great guy but I caught myself this year either muting the TV or simply not watching it at all during the "half time experts discussion time" because that panel must be the worst I've seen. Glad for Charles (really am that he's come so far in his life) but it wouldn't bother me if I never heard him destroy the English language again. Inky, on the other hand, using his misfortune to help others is worth all of our honor to him....WAY TO GO INK!!!

A 30for30 would be great but I think Inky's story is worthy of the big screen.

If you watch the video of the hit closely, the DE just missed hitting the QB as he threw. Four of five of the AF players were staring at Inky; they knew something was wrong.

I never get tired of watching that video. Somes days when you think you have it bad, and you feel the breaks are not going your way, just watch that video of what Inky went through, and you realize its not near as bad as you might think. Listening to his story is heart breaking and motivational at the same time. GOD bless that young man and his family. Go Vols!

That's a very powerful video. Inky is an amazing person. I think sometimes God allows what we perceive to be tragic accidents so that a person's real character can shine through.
