Couple of personnel items: Shoop grouped Austin Smith in with the DEs and both Rashaan Gaulden and Micah Abernathy with the safeties.

With Phillips and Barnett out for the spring, Smith should be able to get a nice amount of reps to get used to DE.

So how was CJH's tweet about the rape stuff? I feel like I'm missing something.. His tweet reads like "mind your own business" to me.

The way he worded it will have most ppl insinuate that he was speaking on the rape stuff.

I automatically assumed the rape issues and had to ask myself why.
Then I realized, he singled out Jones.
"mind your business" would have applied and most likely would have been sent to, all 3.

I'll tell you what's sad, what's sad is a hack journalist who uses a Hall of fame coach who suffers from a horrific illness to slam the University of Tennessee.

Did you read the article? No attacking, just curious. I had a different opinion of the article.

I thought it was poignant yet true. If Pat were able to defend UT currently , No One would argue with her.

The writer went on to talk about Alzheimers and how awful it is. (My Mother died with Alzheimers. I think that at the end, she could not remember how to chew and swallow)

I didn't get "slam" out of that article, more that an awful disease has stolen one of Tennessee's greatest champions. More bitter irony than anything.

Pretty typical responses here and so very orange tinted.

Butch would be getting GOAT tweets and praised here had he done the same damn thing and you all know it.

Only difference is that wouldn't happen since CBJ would never be drawn into classless acts like that. Harbaugh is such an amateur.

You don't have to believe Tennessee is guilty of a thing to opine on that sham of a press conference last week. It was a cluster of coaches basically trying to save recruiting when the real story should have been sensitivity to sexual assault.

Hart, at least, got the tone right a couple of days later, starting his press conference: “I have tremendous empathy and sympathy for the alleged victims and all victims of sexual assault.”
The point is not to offer a take on the scandal itself. For now, neither Hart nor Jones are likely to lose their jobs. They're not necessarily absolved, just game pieces in the lawsuit. The school would be admitting to some sort of liability if they took any action now.

I think that's pretty slamming. Was it necessary to put this in the article if it truly was about how Pat could offer some wisdom if she wasn't effected by Alzheimer's?

As to my familiarity, my mother was diagnosed three years ago, with each passing day I see first hand.
