So what's the proper/ethical way to share information from 247? Honest question. Just give my synopsis? I don't want Freak to excommunicate me.

The current way it is done here for both 247 and VQ is fine...just quote the original source and attribute it to the original author. Callahan is pissed because he's passing off their info like it's his own.

I would have already banned that jack wagon. Callahan gets on there and argues with him from time to time. I would have banned him long ago. I don't get why they don't. They need the $9 a month that bad?

I've never seen Callahan so callouse. It's refreshing.

Does it matter if it's a FREE article or not? Both obviously have premium or VIP content.

Thanks BTW

I guess 247 knows that if they ban him he will simply hop on a buddy's account and he will continue posting info and they won't know who to ban at that point. Then their threats would be really empty and they would have no leverage whatsoever.

As for now, they are just openly promoting this goober and the fact that he posts all their info for free on Twitter.

I don't think it's at all out of the realm of possibilities North was reared to go this year then had that mishap with the knee in camp that Brad Matthews blew up. Subsequently he said forget this, I'm taking it easy this year and coaches picked up on that and used him sparingly.

Agreed

Gonna be a great 30for30 about ut winning lawsuit, firing ad and Chancellor and replace both, restoring the lady vols name, and Tennessee football winning national championship and having number 1 recruiting class amidst all the previous distractions....

I assume they could still identify his IP address even if another account was actually utilized to access 247. Then again he probably would have been banned long ago if they could indeed put a blanket over his access.

He would just get a virtual IP or whatever it's called. Tweeting their info is his entire life.

What would be the title of this documentary?

"Vol so Hard"

Be careful what you wish for. Susan Martin would be heir apparent to replace Cheek. And if she doesn't? Add her to the litigation. :scare:

Not to beat a dead horse but does anyone have the full affidavit? Like I said before what's been released (the first 40 pages or so) appears to be all Jane Doe Vs account of what happened to Drae as opposed to Drae's account.

Tennessee hasn't filed their response...18 days from plaintiffs.
