Wes Rucker@wesrucker247:
#Vols QB Josh Dobbs: A lot of people are saying a lot of things about our program that aren't true.

Wes Rucker@wesrucker247:
#Vols LB Jalen Reeves-Maybin: We've got a lot of great guys in our program, but none of us are perfect. I'm not perfect. You aren't perfect.

Wes Rucker@wesrucker247:
#Vols LB Jalen Reeves-Maybin: Anyone who wouldn't have felt safe around us wouldn't have traveled with us to a bowl game.

Wes Rucker@wesrucker247:
#Vols LB Jalen Reeves-Maybin: “We’ve worked hard to build the culture we’ve got here. We’ve got great guys in this locker room."

Wes Rucker@wesrucker247:
#Vols LB Jalen Reeves-Maybin: We’ve done so many good things for this community that no one has mentioned.

Wes Rucker@wesrucker247:
#Vols LB Jalen Reeves-Maybin: We’re being attacked right now, and it’s not fair, but we will get through it.

This is exactly why I think everyone should tweet, FB, whatever else form of social media that you support the Vols.

There are so many great stories and people surrounding the program.

Agreed

My point is Bowles was already interviewed and then the incidents happened

We don't know when police went back and followed up with other interviews

There is a difference between taking reports and investigative work. Reports happen then the investigation.

The main question is can a civil lawyer say a police report says something it didn't say?

Perhaps our judge friend can tell us if a lawyer can flat out lie about a police report in an affidavit?

He really hurt your feelings didn't he?

I put the One Tennessee as my status update on FB, and stated my support for our university and coaches.

Got you

My worry is the police thru their investigation discovered the assault and found that jones hadn't followed proper protocol regarding such an incident

Perhaps our judge friend can clear this up but it's my understanding it's the lawful duty of any educator to report any acts of violence done to or by any students under their supervision

In case this week hasn't been fun enough, the LVs play tonight.

Silver lining: it's not on ESPN or SECN... so no defaming Tennessee on the ticker

Edit: Oh, hell, the SECN is doing a Whip Around.

In instances where criminal activity happens on the campus of a public institution then employees there are duty bound to act as agents of the state.

Agreed

That worries me much more here than jones calling the kid a traitor. It's more severe IMO and likely also

What is the proper protocol Bruin? Suspend all players that get into a fight until KPD can investigate?

I hate the law and think it takes away the sanctity of the lockerroom but if a crime happens in the lockerroom the coach better turn it over to the higher ups to cover his own ass

Interesting Darick Rogers of all people replied "facts" to Marlon walls comment that Drae transfer as because of playing time. Darick went on to say Drae was brought in by Dooley for image but wasn't very talented lol

IT WAS NOT A CRIME! The KPD investigated. Should we call in the FBI? Homeland security?
