Yeah, he was even demoted from returning kicks in college. No way does he make it in the NFL like that.

Why because Duke has wronged UT somehow? Are they huge rivals?

I have showed no animosity towards UT in any way since joining this site. They are one of my favorite teams and this is a good site to talk about football recruiting. And i love UT football.

but i'm not going to hide my favorite team. Born in Durham, always going to pull for them.

what is so wrong with that? i am sure you're going to tell me that makes you MORE of a fan? or how we can't be loyal to both?......fill me in. not tryin to start anything, but i have taken crap for this lately from a few of my buddies and just want your take. :popcorn: by the way, i am like the other two Vol-Duke fans in here in that i am a Vol football fan, Duke-bball fan. lived in carolina for about 6 yrs (my childhood basically), have strong ties to Knoxville (mom's family grew up there, lots of family still there). i just don't see the big deal with pullin' for both. i am sure this will generate mass 'fairweather' fan accusations, but lets hear it.

Right, and Berry will not be a top five pick. Safeties don't go that high in the NFL Draft.

I dont see anything wrong with it. I was born in Durham. I support all Duke sports, even football.

But we moved here when my dad got a job with MAHLE here in morristown.

So I got to see UT football. It's awesome. Especially being at a game. I can't think of a better CFB experience.

LaRon Landry went 6th last year I believe. For a guy with his abilities, I don't think top 10 is out of the question.

Let's just say i've been labled that, pulling for my hometown Memphis Tigers Basketball and UT football. Especially after last week the heat was on me.

I said after the first time I saw him play, Eric Berry is unique and will be an UT all-time great,IMO. :thumbsup:

The thing is, it's strange to see someone who last season you rooted with now talking trash about your team. People who root for UT football and Memphis in basketball have to choose sides occasionally when the two play each other. To the people who root for the school in everything, having a person or multiple people claim themselves as "Volz4lif" or "Volfan" coming on a saying they'd openly root against UT in basketball and against Memphis in football represent(s) a conflict of interest at the very least, or a hypocrite at most.
