2016 Election

Exactly; I fail to see how calling everyone who voted for Obama or who leans left lazy idiots who just want to live off the government and more than making fun of them.

Look, I can understand how Trump appeals to people who are having a rough go of it in this struggling economy and watching America leak manufacturing jobs like a sieve. He encapsulates that raw sentiment of outrage, and makes people feel proud to be American in an era where it seems to be taboo.

If you're voting for him purely because of "burn it down" anti-establishment sentiment, racism and xenophobia, or because he's an alpha male who insults everyone, the priorities might be a bit misaligned.

Can't have that without securing the border 1st.

I fully support enforcing the current border laws, and also stationing more troops on the border to aid in that. But legally immigrating to the US shouldn't be a labyrinthine mess of bureaucracy.

I don't support mass deportation because most indications seem to be that it would have a profound negative economic impact. At the very least, legalization is probably inevitable. That's fine with me as long as the border is enforced.

I don't support a wall for the same reason I don't support the death penalty: I don't trust our government

Well your guys have had a couple of decades to figure it out and they haven't. I'll go with the guy who made the border as his #1 issue and you stick with the status quo and we will see what happens.

And lol at kicking gang bangers and drug dealers out as a negative impact on the economy

And lol for thinking Trump will put up a wall. Good luck with that.

I will vote for any of them to stop HRC. Her attention to her own convenience and enrichment have come at the cost of people working in service to this nation overseas.

The fear I think we share about Trump is what we think might happen. We might be wrong.

The fear we share about Hillary Clinton is based on what we know about her and her past actions.

She is an evil, failed, and corrupt commodity: the Aaron Burr of our times.

This is my point. Honestly, we don't know what Trump is going to do. We know what type of person Hillary is and what she wants to do. I'd rather take a chance on the unknown than dealing with the known socialist.

Not all, but a lot are. Plus they are ALL breaking the law so that makes them all criminals

I didn't even come close to saying all are. But the 1st people that need to go are the bad criminals. The cops know who/where they are. Secure border 1st, kick criminals out, then we will figure out the next step. If he acomplishes the 1st 2, he will be a major success.

Every other candidate may "want" to do this, but they didn't make it their priority and therefore I don't think they really mean it. They are playing catch up and that's why they are being left in the dust

Socialism vs fascism.

I'll take the third option (Johnson) democracy, freedom, and capitalism .

Thats actually an interesting point. Makes you wonder why so many get up in arms when he mentions that or deportation.

It may have something to do with the fact that there are still some Americans who prefer their president not sound like an un-American bigot every time he opens his mouth, regardless of the feasibility of the things he says.

Do the idiot Trump supporters realize that 40% of undocumented immigrants come by over staying their visa's right? What's a wall going to do?

It's not the fact he wants to build it. It's the manner in which he says it will be built.

Good on him for wanting a secure border. But getting Mexico to pay? C'mon...

He's going to slap a tariff on goods produced in Mexico and it's going to be the greatest thing you've ever seen. You won't even believe it.

Just watch your wallet. The money may start to disappear a bit faster. But at least we'll have that oh-so-sweet wall.

Eh. Normally when the bigot or racist label gets applied it detracts from the viability rather quick if the assumed doesn't walk back pretty hard. Things change pretty quick. In this case it has moved from "bigot" to feasibility.

There have been plenty of morons elected before. Thats not gonna change going forward. .

I think most of those against it don't care about the method, they don't want it in the first place.
