Other than my religious faith, I will lose faith in this world if Butch was forced to resign over something like this. The mob mentality has to simply stop. It's outrageous.

He hasn't been charged yet. On a 12 hour hold.

My defense attorney in me is coming out. I know it sucks, and it should never happen. But touching a female breast is not rape. Let's at least get that straight.

Didn't see that in there (not saying you're wrong, just that I don't know how to read it), but I do see it was from just yesterday.

According to the Knox County General Sessions Docket there's an Alexis Johnson charged with DUI, Simple Poss., Implied Consent, Driver's License Law, Agg Assault, Assault, and Resisting Arrest.

The last three charges are probation revocations. So has he already been arrested once this year? He's only been on campus a month...

Edit: Actually all of the charges are revocations. So there could still be something new coming.

Ugh. If there's ANOTHER incident lurking in the shadows, I will just have to laugh. It will be virtually impossible for Cheek/Hart/Butch to survive the media onslaught that is about to occur, with Cheek being the most likely to fall.

I know innocent until proven guilty but given the current press, he gone.
