I don't believe a word of anything that's been posted here today from anyone claiming inside info. Too much conflicting garbage and this kid and his mom are all over the map. Following this recruitment was a waste of time. I still think he signs with Auburn, fwiw.

I thought one of the insiders on the board provided on Sunday and said Brown would call coaches on Tuesday and let them know. If we saw the RB switch his commit from Utah to UT the meant Brown wasn't coming. If we didn't see that all signs would be favorable that Brown told coaches he was coming.

Without reading all the way back has that changed?

I should have worded it better. Pretty much, the moral of his story was nothing is done without a NLI and never count out Garner. I didn't mean to insinuate he recruited him to AU. We all know that was Trooper with the help of Gerald Jones

FWIW 24/7 and Rivals are showing that Bailey has an offer from Vols..don't know if it is new or not though

If this is true, then they handled it badly. Would not surprise me a bit that Smart played it that way to keep rivals focusing in a bad place. If that is the case, then just more reason to hate Georgia and laugh at them when we kick that butt all over the field the next four years. Swallow hard Georgia because you are about to get the bitter taste of a long losing streak to the Orange Swarm.

Maybe they just wanted attention. Not very professional by the parents IMO. If you are that heavily involved in your kid's recruitment you should want to provide a better example than wasting a bunch of staff's time.

We're now getting reports that no one knows anything regarding Derrick Brown's recruitment and are waiting for his papers to be faxed in before finding out which school he will be committing to.

I think he said if we saw moss Comitt, it means we missed on somebody, but I don't think he actually said missing on someone automatically meant Moss would flip.

This is really scientific stuff from the Barn. What I gather is they desperately hope Auburn lands the top players but have not one shred of inside info for either Brown or Warrior.
