2016 Election

The big exception being Rand Paul supporters. I can see some moving if Rubio is the nominee, but it'll be like 2012 when the majority of Ron Paul supporters didn't move to Romney.

That's not a slam against Rand supporters either. Just reality.

That really depends on Rand, his followers are quite cultish. If he endorsed and supported the nominee his followers might also.

Notice the swing after Iowa.

They are slightly more even keeled than Ron's supporters were (are).

Many of Ron's supporters were unprincipled and just liked him for the anti-establishment sentiment, legal weed, and his foreign policy. They're now supporting Bernie and (to a lesser extent) Trump. And Cruz probably took some who saw that Rand wasn't viable this year.

Maybe Rubio can get John Boehner, Eddie Cantor, and their likes, to campaign for him.

People who will not be campaigning for Rubio are Jeff Sessions and Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

You named all the guys who endorsed Bush. But here's the list of Rubio endorsements.

I didn't know Tim Scott, Mia Love, Zach Wamp, Trey Gowdy and Cory Gardner were RINOs. This is why the word RINO no longer has meaning. It's just a label to be used against people who don't support your liberal progressive "I'm suddenly a God fearing conservative republican" candidate.

The trump supporters just want loud mouthed rhetoric. He hasn't said one thing of substance that he has a chance of accomplishing as POTUS. He just give sound bites that are all the same sounding.

Mexico (you can insert any country) is not our friend.

I'm going to build the best wall (insert any project). It'll be great. It really will. I've built some beautiful walls, but this will be really great. It'll make America great again.

Jason Chaffetz, pure RINO.

The key word in my post was, MOSTLY.

RINO means more now than it ever has. Welcome aboard Marco Rubio. John McCain and Mitt Romney will enjoy your company.
