Men's and women's BB teams have blown a double-digit lead in the last four games. Barnes will recruit the players and get it fixed; Holly has the players and doesn't know how to fix it.

Is it football season yet?

Holly needs to go she is terrible. You can't win at a high level with Deshields on your team then you got problems

Anyone think we'll hear anything tonight from Fort or Callahan? I'd love to hear some actual recruiting news, not how much money a poster makes and how he'll stop donating "millions" of dollars of we sign a 17-18 year old kid.

They arent allowed (well it's at least frowned upon) to actively pursue information from the prospects while on OV. Some guys may send them information though.

This is when we rely on our insiders! Step up to the plate GFW et. al.!!!

I remember this time last year on Drew Richmond's OV GFW popped in with gleeful laughter and a "Butch. Jones!"

Interesting. I didn't know that. Thank you. :hi:

Periscope seems kinda weird to me. Maybe it's cool. I don't know. Im not used to it yet. But I feel like such a creeper watching a high school kid goof around on his phone.

Think of it as a video camera not a phone lol.

That was my first periscoping ever, Byrd Gibbs and warrior all acting like part of the team.

Hey guys - posting this in off-topic too and apologies for interrupting recruiting talk, but job is taking me to Atlanta. I know a good number of you are in the area. Looking at areas on the north end of town. Any advice on neighborhoods?

Yeah I could see that being cool. Hah you're right. If Rockytop Insider posted the same video on their website I would eat it up.

I just always feel like something crazy is going to happen on accident and make me wish I didn't see it.

On periscope. It was hard to hear

I heard "naw" when asked and he turned away.

Gibbs on the other hand looked to be having more fun than anyone.

Waiting on Devante Brooks to start crying, that dude is all in already. He can't stop gushing about it all.

It's the 21st century now. Technology is here to stay and it's just going to get even more intrusive. Nothing we can do to stop it, so I try to enjoy it. Also by the stalker logic, you could say the same thing by being on facebook, twitter, or hell even VN.

Will you be working midtown/buckhead/downtown? Can you tolerate traffic?

If you want to stay inside the perimeter then Buckhead or Brookhaven. Outside then depends on your traffic tolerance. Can't go wrong with Dunwoody, Roswell, or Alpharetta.

I live in Cumming. It's a nice growing area. A little further out but cost of living is lower than closer to town (for now). Alpharetta, Suwanee, and Johns Creek are all nice too. I've worked around all three.

It was naw, I dunna, or Vol. He was too far away to hear lol

Thanks nashvol. We're in Gallatin (outside Nashville) now, so not worried about the drive in. I'll be working downtown, but need decent schools for the kids. Looking like Roswell/Alpharetta/Smyrna may be where we end up.

Do you have kids? If you do that has to be the #1 consideration in where you pick. There are vast differences in the quality of the school districts even if they are just a few miles apart.

Best public schools are East Cobb and Alpharetta at least out of the communities we reviewed. We are on the Marietta/Roswell line and the schools are all 9s and 10s.

We were also in Nashville previously (Brentwood) and the traffic is a little different. This was 7 years ago.

I live in the City of Marietta which has a lot of older neighborhoods (lIke 1920's) and pretty good schools and you can walk to quite a bit of stuff. Outside the city limits in East Cobb they have outstanding schools, but typical suburbs. They have Marietta addresses and some of the schools are Lassiter, Pope, and Walton.
Walton is a school that people do everything they can to send their kids there. They are good at every sport and have some of the highest SAT scores in the country.

Smyrna is great, the high school is terrible.

North Fulton is really nice, everything is new and it has great schools.
