Calorie wise it might be 0. But there have been numerous studies showing that artificial sweeteners prevent your brain from realizing your stomach is as full as it is. Now whether you choose to believe those studies or not is a different story.
I honestly don't know where I stand on it but I don't drink sodas but maybe one a year if there's no water to drink. Most people seem to drink sodas just for the taste and I honestly only drink water when I'm thirsty. So I can't say "don't drink sodas" if I don't understand the pull it has on people.
Thanks man. He has good days and bad. Tells me the same stories over and over. He forgets a lot but can tell you anything about the Vols. It's weird how he can remember every detail about a game that happened in 1997 but has no idea what month it is.
I am no expert, but I have always heard that the artificial sweeteners are a big no no. Plus, also stay away from anything that has high fructose corn syrup in the ingredients.
It's been very hard for me to change my eating habits. So much so that I've started leaving my card at the house when I go to work so that I won't have the option if going to get fast food.
I graduated high school in '98 at 6'4", 185 pounds. I now weigh just north of 290 because of lazy habits and poor eating. Trying to so a normal exercise routine every day for the last month has been the easy part. Watching what I eat has been a nightmare.
Good luck man! Just by exercising, cutting out fast food and soda, you'll see a huge difference!
Low carb diet > *
For cutting weight, sure.
I'd still rather have a biscuit and potatoes with my meals.
Maybe a PB&J for elevensies.
