^^I agree that it's great for the community and for everyone involved but I doubt they would be doing that if someone from the athletic department wasn't scheduling it for them.

Ah, but look at the smile on her face, her raised spirits

True, there are those individuals (in all (Collegiate or Pro) sports) that need guidance and/or prodding thankfully they are the minority. Have faith in humanity, IndianapolisVol.

I'm trying... Perhaps I'll borrow some of Dallas' Prozac.

I'm really interested with this tcu squad. They go to Kansas, and only lose by 7. Then go to Texas, and get blown out. They're very streaky it seems, they have 2 guys over 6'8". They're 9-11 but their only bad loss is to Texas tech. (If you don't consider Baylor a bad loss.) . I usually try to catch up on teams we're playing, but haven't gotten to watch them. To the people that do,
Are they a run and gun?

Scouted them a little bit earlier at work. Really young squad, can play uptempo at times but theyre at their best when they can get an easy bucket from a big man down low and use the entire shot clock to slow the game down. Their best player is Vlad Brodziansky who is a 6'10" sophomore big man from Slovakia.

If they beat us it will be because they kept the score down and controlled the tempo. They beat Texas at the beginning of conference play by keeping the score down, both teams were held under 60. When Texas played them again Tuesday they held Brodziansky to 0 points and forced them to the peremeter. TCU struggled and didn't have a single player in double figures.

So more than likely we will see zone Saturday.

Lol

@darrenrovell: Kentucky coach Rick Pitino in 1990: "I'm looking forward to going to Oxford & Starkville....probably be the 1st time I go to bed early."

The old saying you can't teach an old dog new tricks is damn sure true here. This man isn't changing. We better get used to having a coach that sits on his hands during games

@wesrucker247: Rick Barnes still doesn’t want to ‘joystick coach’ the #Vols: https://t.co/Yg5QyhBYVo https://t.co/r50XESiI2d
Or start recruiting guys with BB IQ as first prereq..
