Police just found Noah Chamberlin's body 1.5 miles from the location he was lost. No more details. Press conference soon.

I'm so sad. 😔

I hope to God he didn't feel lonely and felt His embrace and experienced no pain.

Sad sad sad

Your last sentence was extremely well said and brought serious tears to this old man

Ugh! I can't even imagine, and pray I never have to feel that pain as a parent. Prayers for that family...just brutal. 😪

Ok so why not. I think everyone should here this story too. In college I started having lots of questions about stuff, the universe, God, creation, evolution etc; normal stuff. So I went to a man that I trusted and still do just because I know how much knowledge he has and his faith also. I'd never heard him vary from the version of the Bible I read and you do, I hadn't ever realized it wasn't the original I was young.
But he said that he spent seven years learning the Bible the way it was written before ever being translated to teach to the world, but for Gods people the ancient Hebrew people. And that a lot was the same, until you get in the Garden of Eden. We only talked creation because it was my question. He said the 3rd party in the garden wasn't the devil himself. He was a man named Lahish. Common name. He was their servant and was from the land of Nod. It said he was the most subtle beast of all the land.
Lahish was evil in the form of temptation not the devil himself. He talked Eve into taking from the tree of life, which God forbid her and Adam from doing. And so if the fruit of an apple tree is an apple, then our fruit is children, and the tree of life is Eve's womb. So this servant seduces Eve, she feels ashamed and covers her body. By now I'm like BS but damn it actually sounds much more realistic than the serpent/Apple version. Then Eve convinces Adam to also. They have two children, one from Adam, Able who's accepted by God, and Cane who is from Lahish who is rejected, filled with pain and hate, kills Able and is sent out of the garden. I know it's crazy and makes Divinci Code seem like Sesame Street but this actually adds up. It explains evolution. Their were people here already but God created Adam and Eve in his image for himself. And the story fits better than the fairy tale about the ate an apple and covered vagina??? Anyway sorry, it is something I thought maybe atleast one of you out there would find as interesting as I do.

Don't tweet this to Ron Howard, I want the movie rights.

When I die I will be thrown in a ditch and forgotten and all will be well again.

Come on son, the word preserve tells you all you need to know

yes not best wording...Florida issued certain permits for 2015 statewide. My pt was that when one thinks of Florida, at least in mind, I think of SW fishing. I dont think it gets enough credit as a hunting destination. Whitetail, pheasant, and hogs...just to name a few. Personally, ive seen more Bbear in Fla than ive even in TN or NC.

Doubtful he is basing his decision on "backpacking, fishing, and hunting" but I agree with you. Backpacking Knoxville > Tallahassee. Fishing Knoxville > Tallahassee. Hunting Tallahassee > Knoxville. Honestly neither place is a great hunting area.. Being a West TN redneck who went to school at UT. I can honestly say, the hunting SUCKS! No ducks, few deer, few turkeys.. Maybe he should look at UT Martin:question:

How long as it been since you were here? I live in Knox County and have deer in my field about everyday. Turkey too. Lots of good hunting within an hour of Knoxville.

Yep, I can confirm: excellent hunting out in the UTM region.
