I guess I see taking donations and being bought as different. If Cruz starts making his decisions based on donations and doing favors for people like that then yes that would be being bought.

But so far IMO Cruz's actions show him to be making decisions and taking stands based on principles and campaign promises. Not back room deals. Again that could change. But I hope not.

OSU is getting a little testy because THE University of Tennessee is beating them out on recruits they want. First JG snubbed them... then Callaway... then BBuchanan cancelled his OV after CBJ told him UT couldn't guarantee his spot if he visited OSU. Poor OSU-- can't be the SEC and can't beat them.

I'm leaning towards Cruz myself...and the main reason is my belief that he will indeed hold true to his principles. He has alienated both sides of the aisle in the past which is indicative of the strength of his principles...and is obviously a major plus in my book.

Like Sam, I hope this trust isn't damaged in the future...
