On the Bituli parents news...

"From what I understand, this has been a big development. Certainly helping with the family who were somewhat concerned at one point."

- Fortenberry

wouldnt his family be concerned about sending him to alabama too? Oh wait....he'd have a car, suit, and some cash too. They take care of those dudes

Tennessee continues its pursuit of Jonathan Kongbo and while they won't receive a visit, his official was back in November, look for Tennessee to go all-in this week during Butch Jones' in-home. Multiple members of the staff are expected to visit with him and his family.

It will be worth watching his visit schedule over the next week. He has Florida State this weekend, at the request of Alabama and the Tide are hoping to have him on campus that last weekend. Washington and Oregon are still trying to have visits as well.

One thing that has helped Tennessee in their pursuit has been Daniel Bituli's family. Bituli's father and Kongbo's father have hit it off recently as they come from the same region in Africa and have connected on that level. It's an understatement that Bituli's father is trying to help the Vols in this one.

And for those that have counted out Tennessee, that's far from true. Sure, it's a long ways to go in this one, but the Vols are very much still in play.

Do.Not.Want.Gary.In.SEC.PERIOD.

Jadeveon Clowney, Robert Nkemdiche, Myles Garrett, Kahlil McKenzie.

Regardless of the year, the #1 d-lineman always finds his way to the SEC.

I welcome Gary to the conference. I don't fear him. I don't know why anyone would. All the other top lineman are here already.

I'm glad you don't fear him...too bad you can't leave your mom's basement to actually line up against him...I'd pay to see that.
