Yeah and Bernie sucks too.
On THAT we agree. But you have realistically 4 choices for the next POTUS. Vote for Rand, but the reality is that you are voting for Hillary if you do that. Maybe where you live it matters not, but here in Florida it definitely does.

So just to be clear, are you stating that you have no (as is none, zero, zilch) concerns/issues with how Hillary handled confidential information as Secretary of State?

You KNOW he doesn't. Is there any doubt? He is a freaking brain dead socialist

I agree he has more integrity but that has nothing to do with being a good POTUS. Policy is all that matters, really. Tell us how they are different in that regard.

Considering Trump, Cruz, and Hillary are your most likely candidates; I don't think integrity matters at all anymore.

Of all the candidates, those three have the lowest integrity by far.

Tbh, i am probably not voting for potus unless Bernie is the D nominee

Don't necessarily disagree with you, but I'd like to see him answer the question. He keeps blowing it off as if it's nothing but a GOP witch hunt, but I'd honestly like to know whether he thinks she did anything wrong or not.

I'm still waiting for someone to explain how Rubio's policies are the same as Hillary's...

Did you see my last 2 posts on the prior page? You are talking about marginal differences. They are both croney capitalists they just have different pet projects. They both love war and will maintain the W/Obama foreign policy direction. They will both leave the EPA alone. They both support federal intervention in HC. You don't understand that they both want government solutions for ours and the world's problems and their plans are similar in many cases. We need laissez faire leaders. We need market solutions. Keystone is not a market solution. Croneyism ftw. Hillary = Rubio.

Again, why does the establishment like Rubio if he's not the same old bull****?

I had missed your reply from earlier, my apologies.

I seriously doubt Rubio, any GOP candidate for that matter, would continue on the pathway Obama created in regards to foreign policy. And I'll disagree about the EPA. And healthcare. On a great many things.

I had not seen you admit Rand might not be able to keep his promises. It's good you admit to noticing the large elephant in the room (though by saying elephant I am in no way, shape or form using that reference in regards to that ridiculous mascot of that hated football program) and seeing that a lot of hopes and dreams are being built up by Rand.

But when it comes to the "establishment" Rubio hasn't been exempt from criticism from the old guard. Their guy hasn't performed up to snuff (Bush) and the only others that have escaped mainstream GOP hairy eyeball were Graham, Huckabee and Kasich. Just most of the ire had been directed towards Trump, Cruz and Paul. But make no mistake, if Jeb was neck in neck with Rubio, you could best your behind he would be getting slammed by the national level GOP.

Don't hold your breath. He's as partisan as they come, yet accuses others of that very thing. When it comes to goose stepping partisan buffoonery, he is in a league all his own.
He will vote for whatever gutter slime the socialists nominate... what am I saying.. I'll bet he already has Cankles bumper stickers on his coal burning Prius.

I'd be tempted to vote for that ticket.Tempted, but probably wouldn't bother in the end.

The problem with that ticket is there is zero contrast in the candidates. People who would vote for Johnson tend to be pro-Rand. People who wouldn't vote for Rand very likely wouldn't vote for Johnson.

You do need somewhat of a difference of opinions so to speak on the ticket. And to pick someone who's relatively known. That's one of Romney's biggest problems in 2012 was picking a relative unknown in Paul Ryan. Same for McCain in 2008 with Palin. (though McCain could have picked Jesus Christ himself and it wouldn't have mattered)

With Rubio and Rand, you have a difference in styles and in policies, but both are sharp and can draw in from across the spectrum. Both are young, energetic and have made a name for themselves in the national scene.

I think you might be surprised at how well a ticket like that would do.
