Does anyone know what kids we are recruiting from the Tampa area? All I can think of is the '17 offensive lineman from Plant.

Not really an option for somebody in the public eye as much as Manning.

Several women take HGH to help them with energy and the process of aging. I think the big problem where they have the ability to sue this institute is if Ashley actually did order this and take it under a doctor's care. It would be legal and may in tinsel town with a lot of money do so.

You would have her Hippa and medical rights violated and regardless of who her husband is, they could cause a lot of problems for this facility and this worker. The issue is not with the news agency for suit but the clinic.

National Enquirer has bought summer homes for some celebrities grandchildren. :). Key here is that their "source" admitted fabrication and his dates don't correlate...ran with it anyway...how is an already discredited story being run not malice?

"Reckless disregard" whether the story was false or true will satisfy "actual malice" in this case. If Peyton weren't a public figure, malice wouldn't apply.

The argument could be made that Ashley Manning isn't a public figure. She goes to great lengths to protect her privacy and safeguard her medical history. The manner in which she handled her pregnancy and the twins' birth goes to her strong desire to maintain her medical privacy and keep personal and health matters out of the public eye.
