Pittman may have learned stuff under Bielema. Most assistant coaches learn stuff when they go to different systems and work under different HC's. Duh. But to act like he made Pittman is lubricous. Sam has paid his dues for over 30 years at numerous programs that built to the point of being SEC quality. If you've ever seen/heard him explain his developmental methods and blocking techniques you would understand he is strong at his craft, which sells well on the recruiting trail.
Bielema is butthurt. Too bad.
Yeah when have I said to disrespect a man while he's injured? When have I said talk noise off the field? You don't know a thing.
I bet you're one of the ones whining about Cam Newton dancing but praising this clown Irishman. Figures
I thought Bielema was a defensive coach???? Correct me if I'm wrong. If so, he just hired the old Vols staff to make his program work in the SEC.
From the article:
Pretty ostentatious comment. I would say arrogant, but Bielema is probably right. Pittman seems like a good coach. I have mixed feelings about his coaching while at UT, but he seems to be a good recruiter for the OL. But, I don't think one can question that any OL position coach is going to look good (or better than they really are) after coaching under Bielema.
He's close to UGA fans. Think he lives down there. That's some unwarranted chiding right there.
I'm calling a 15-yard penalty.
