The offense isn't a gimmick but Gus is questionable. Fool runs it from 20 to 20 but dials up pass plays in the redzone. He also benches hot RBs. Won't use all of his personnel during games. He needs to let someone else run his offense. That may help him out a lot.

Gus has the proverbial Golden Horseshoe shoved up his $$$ that les miles dropped and got cam newton dropped in his lap. He looked like a superstar with Cam. The everyone in the media blew up Johnson and how he was a Heisman candidate and we all knew how that worked out. I think his ship has sailed and he can thank the Springdale 5 for getting him a college coaching job

Holy moly, just saw the Jason Heyward deal. How in the world did he get that deal?! He's gone from awful to decent, but that deal is insane.

Because he has been at least equal or better than Mike Stanton WAR wise, and Stanton got way more.

I dunno. He rode with dyer and mason during their runs.

He doesn't have that kinda guy. So he's got a committee. Roc isn't that guy

I watched him pull Jovon Robinson in two different games where he was gashing the defense. Gus is just crazy these days. He let Muschamp blow up on the sideline like the dude was the head man in charge.

In what world has he ever been awful.l? And he's way more than decent

He's not awful but he will never hit like he should. Don't let his one year in St. Louis fool you. He's an elite defender and baserunner though. All you have to do is pitch him in and he will hit .250

.268/.353/.431 career (6 seasons) averaging about 75 runs scored and less than 60 RBI's a season. That will get you $184 M/8 years. That is obscene.

Sorry I didn't type out the ten dozen metrics. He's had awful years, and he's not ever had 23 mil/year production. That's over 1/3 million per rbi

Defense and baserunning he's elite. And he's an above average hitter. And he hasn't even hit his prime years yet.

In his 6 years, he's been league average one season...then been well above average/elite in 3 others, and above average in the other 2...no awful years to be found.

Both of ours were unexpected surprises. Can't afford anymore. Figured easier for me since the wife has gone through natural birth I could suck it up and get this done

Might want to separate that word. As it reads, it sounds like you did a cost benefit analysis on your youngins. :)

Trying to imagine what sort of audio or visual notification follows the ovulation warning?

Can you personalize it like a ringtone? Is there a phone app?

He literally could be one of the best ever based on pure talent, but he has the worst swing ever and completely blew off Chipper Jones when he came around with advice.
Saw an article on SI that not too many GM's and Managers are fans of his game

My lady bought an ovulation detector today. I'm on call for 48 hrs of duty any day now.

Fun times at first, but don't stress. Been there struggling charting all kinds of stuff. The fun can turn to despair real quick. We had to give it all up to God and trust that He was enough. If only we would have trusted sooner we could have enjoyed the ride. Such is life, I guess.

Holly Warlick has stated that she wants me to sell my soul to the devil. I would like to try to answer such statements in what I hope will be patient and reasonable terms. To organize my discussion, I suggest that we take one step back in the causal chain and build bridges instead of walls.

Holly wants to crush the will of all individuals who have expressed political and intellectual opposition to her offhand remarks. But what if the tables were turned? How would Holly like that? It probably sounds like I'm being sick-minded, but I recently heard her tell a bunch of people that she has the experience, ideas, leadership, and integrity to move our nation forward. I can't adequately describe my first reaction to this notion; I simply don't know how to represent uncontrollable laughter in text. Will I allow her to create a global workers plantation overseen by transnational corporations who have no more concern for the human rights of those who produce their products or services than Holly has for her cronies? As long as there is breath in my earthly body, I assure you I will not. What I will do, however, is inform as many people as possible that her rodomontades may have been conceived in idealism, but they quickly degenerated into delusional, viperine antiheroism.

We cannot afford to waste our time, resources, and energy by dwelling upon inequities of the past. Instead, we must punish those who lie or connive at half-truths. Doing so would be significantly easier if more people were to understand that Holly makes it sound like she acts in the public interest. That's the rankest sort of pretense I've ever heard. The reality is that if Holly is going to talk about higher standards then she needs to live by those higher standards. Holly would have us believe that her machinations are all sweetness and light. Not surprisingly, her evidence for that absolutely malign claim is top-heavy with anonymous sources and, to put it mildly, she has a checkered track record for accuracy. I aver it would be more accurate for Holly to say that I'm not afraid of her. However, I am concerned that Holly uses the very intellectual tools she criticizes, namely consequentialist arguments rather than arguments about truth or falsity. Unfortunately, I can already see the response to this letter. Someone, possibly Holly Warlick herself or one of her peons, will write a conscienceless piece about how utterly simple-minded I am. If that's the case, then so be it. What I just wrote sorely needed to be written.
