Had my dad and brother over and made the works. Turkey, homemade mashed potatoes with cream cheese, amish made noodles, homemade cream corn, stuffing and went box with the brownies but added my own caramel and frozen dinner buns you butter and let rise before baking. A 6 pack of pretzel wheat beer to wash it down. Good food, good sunday.

Sausage rice casserole...an old favorite.

1 lbs sausage
1 onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
jar of pimentos
chopped celery 1/2 cup
1 cup instant rice
cup cheddar cheese
can cream of mushroom soup
can of cream of chicken soup
Bake at 350° for 45 mins
