Anyone else just hear McShay project Henry in the second round?

I'm a poor judge of talent. If I'm the Titans, I move back in the draft and pick up more picks. And take Henry in the 10-15 spot.

They need help everywhere

I think they have two RB's they feel good about in Cobb and Andrews. Keep in mind, Cobb has been out all year. If he looks good in these last few games, I think they will be set there. JMO, but they have more pressing needs elsewhere.

Henry will underwhelm as a pro. Would be a bad 1st round pick. JMO

Don't see his game translating to the NFL

In the recent past everyone has talked about the RB position not being valued.

All I know is the Titans haven't been relevant unless they get a good RB since being in Nashville.

They've had 2

George

Johnson

I mean I don't disagree but there is just so many issues to fix IMO that are more important. Oline needs to be addressed to keep your young, franchise QB from getting mauled.

I think we are about to see a renessaince in the NFL RB. A lot of good ones coming out in the next few years.

That's why I trade back for more picks. Take as many OL as possible.

Also need LB, Corners, Safety, WR,TE

GOOD at DL and QB

I think people forget what kind of offensive line Henry is running behind. Watch the push the Bama O line gets compared to other teams.

Agreed here. Most of his big runs Coke from him not being touched until 20 yds down the field.

He lacks that wiggle and vision that is key for NFL backs.

I'd take Collins in the 2nd and call it a day if you need a RB. I love his game

I really like Collins too. Interested to see how his speed looks against the others.

I just think he'll be an average NFL back. He doesn't strike me as a player that's going to wow. Plus, he's already got a lot of miles on him. Bama rode him pretty hard this year.

That's due to poor scouting and scheme. There are great RBs to be had in all rounds

My way too early depth chart for next year. I'm positive I'll leave someone off, but I know y'all won't hesitate to correct me :p

QB: Dobbs, Dormady, Jones
RB: Hurd, Kamara, Kelly
TE: Wolf, Creamer, J. Johnson
LT: Richmond, R. Johnson
LG: Robertson, Mosley
C: Thomas, Boulware
RG: Weisman, J. Jones
RT: Hall, Kendrick
WR: Malone, North, George
WR: P. Williams, J. Smith, Croom
SLOT: Berry, Perry, V. Jones

DE: Barnett, Phillips, Kongbo
DT: McKenzie, A. Johnson, Vickers
DT: Tuttle, O'Brien, Picou
DE: Vereen, Lewis, Taylor
LB: Reeves-Maybin, McDowell
LB: Kirkland Jr., Jumper
LB: A. Smith, Bates
NB: Gaulden, Foreman, Abernathy
CB: Martin, Osborne
CB: D. Henderson, Moseley
SS: Kelly, Warrior
FS: Jennings, Griffin

PR: Kamara, J. Smith
KR: Berry, Abernathy
K: Medley
P: Daniel

Redshirts: Guarantano(QB), Fils-aime(RB), Brooks(TE), Dickerson(OG), Niehaus(OT), N. Johnson(SLOT), C. Henderson(WR), J. Smith(DE), Christmas-Giles(DT), Hill(CB), Hart(LB)

OT and CB are really the only 2 areas of concern heading into the year. I love the idea of being able to redshirt all that talent and give them the time to develop.

Tennessee will dominate next season with that feared 4-3-5 defense.

Mariota ab to make everyone in two-tone blue relevant

Have to agree here. While he can't do it on his own, Mariota has the poise, arm and accuracy of a potential All-Pro. He just needs some help around him, especially on the OL.

Lewan, Warmack and Potasi are...serviceable...right now. I don't think any of them are in the upper echelon at their position, as far as potential, but then I'm no expert. The WR's need depth and another weapon, TE's need more talent and depth, and RB needs talent, pediod.

As long as LeBeau is on staff, I feel significantly better about the D, though the secondary is in desperate need of a makeover.

The worst part about the entire team is, minus QB and maybe DT, there's not one position on the entire team that needs upgrading. Overall, I think this is one of the least talented teams in the NFL.

SAD.

Gay fans would be aghast. :eek:hmy:

They had too many tight ends and not enough recievers. What the titans really need is a better front office and scout team. They have taken a lot of talented guys but they didn't pan out. The OL alone shows that.

Start with a franchise reciever and a franchise LT. I would give up the number one pick for a lower first round and several later round picks and play the numbers.

Good call! Collins has a ton of wiggle and seems like all he needs is half a second of daylight before he hits the hole and takes off.

RB's have more value in the 2-4 rounds in the modern day NFL. Collins is a 2-3 rounder all day.

It would make sense for the Titans to do that as it would be yet another terrible decision in a long line of terrible decisions.

Henry is the Tim Tebow of running backs. He is on a great team and more than talented enough to succeed on the college level, but his game will not translate to the NFL. I remember reading an article earlier this year explaining how Richardson was the worst NFL running back of all time despite being a great Bama college running back; Henry will be even worse.

Henry runs like a 240 pound scat back that lacks wiggle. He does not have a well rounded game.

Couldn't agree more about the FO. They're the reason this team is where it is.

And the OL went downhill the second Munch got promoted to HC. He'd never come back imo but, I'd love it if he would. He's the best OL coach in the game, imo.
