I approve of that move. Richt could take away players from UF and succeed in the ACC. Then, if we ever have to play them, Butch knows he can beat him with inferior talent. Win-win.

Same here but ad keeps releasing that he'll stay on in a management of foundations type of way. They have believed it so far. Ajc has some articles on it too

Per Bruce Feldmam ...Miami has already interviewed Dan Mullen, Butch Davis, and Greg Schiano. Suppose to interview Richt today.

Amazing they are even considering Butch Davis. I get it that all things equal he is one of top coaches in nation and would be #1 on just about any list for any job. However, it's clear that the man plays dirty. 2 programs in hot NCAA water is not a coincidence. It's a pattern of real things.

I think you would have to choose Richt and let him work with Brad Kaaya. He could immediately turn it around and would have no issues getting immediate recruits.

Richt at Miami is a perfect fit. Alum, successful experience, and will likely have the pull to get facility upgrades. Will also steal recruits from the other schools including UF.

I hope it happens.

Agreed. But Uga boosters don't agree with a firing. They could come to terms with a mutual parting. Proof otherwise will piss them off.

It's Smart. Mullen would do well there but it would also be a change in philosophy which would immediate make them lose Eason and probably both running back commits.
