Eh I'd like Gus to be on the hot seat, so I don't mind Bama winning as much. Really excited to see what happens at uga. With the outcry over Les, I bet they let him stay.

I hope richt stays. They always underachieve. Gus is coming back next year regardless so it was better if Bama would of lost.

If Auburn had gotten blown out, I bet Gus wouldn't be guaranteed to come back. As it is, he goes into next season on the hot seat, which wouldn't have happened if they won.

If they would of won today and finish next year like they did this year record wise, he would be fired. So this game didnt have any impact on his job for this year.

I disagree. Beating Bama, especially when you're not supposed to, would buy him an extra year.

I feel like just shuffling around when we actually played certain teams this year would have been enough for us to go 10-2 or 11-1. Play OU later in the season and we win. Play UF later in the season and we definitely win. Play Arkansas on a dry field or even in Fayetteville and we win.

There are only maybe 6 or 7 teams in the nation that would be favored over us on a neutral field, we are easily-- like Butch said-- one of the best teams in the nation. There are very few teams that I'd even think about worrying about come the bowl. 9 wins is a near certainty.

Nobody worth a crap wants to deal with that fiasco. They would be smart to just promote Odom but they will probably go too slow and let him slip to Memphis

The Governor publicly tweeted his support which was a interesting sign this morning of things in works. LSU AD and Boosters tried to big boy Les out the door for Fisher. They didn't think about the backlash of fan support and political support. Basically they got told if you do this then don't come asking the state for money. The AD is likely fired soon. You don't fire a coach with 90+% fan approval rating. You have to have fans on your side of a move without it you have problems for the next guy

Neither one of those teams belonged on the field with us. Those Vol teams were loaded. Embarrassing. Just didn't show up to play, kinda like Bammer against Utah and Okie.

Ouch.

I bet that search gets messy if they don't hire Matt Rhule.

I'm not sure what Odom would do for them...
