That doesn't matter to people that have a fixed perspective on things with no mental flexibility. He thinks what he thinks and no differing opinions will dissuade his thoughts.
I don't disagree. My point was simply he had a longer learning curve than most in a job as big as Tennessee.
Les Miles's tenure at LSU may be over; buyout not an issue, source says | NOLA.com
Any LSU recruits we can snag?
The defense, running game, and special teams have improved to top notch level. I've been very critical of the passing game, offensive scheme, play calling etc but now I'm starting to believe it's not play calling philosophy but hand cuffed play calling to an extent to play to Dobbs strengths and weaknesses. His strengths are running the read and making plays with his legs, hitting some timely passes when needed and managing the game with minimal mistakes. As soon as QD (only a couple times I know) comes in we go down the field. I think Butch's offense will always take on the identity of his QB. From LaFevour to Calaros to Worley to Dobbs, who knows what it truly looks like. I cant think of one game that the offense cost us this year except maybe Arkansas. So I think it's ok to say Butch has done really well so far.
I don't like saying this, but at home this weekend I would use Kamara more. He has shown he can get more yards on our horrible field. I also don't think they can keep up with his speed. Just a thought, flame away.
Looks like we all owe that guy that reported a serious injury to M. North an apology.
Tennessee this year = no North, no Croom, no Pig, no problem.
Amazing what we've overcome.
