Because Dobbs will be their QB...

Can't believe I wasted post 1000 responding to this.

Not sure what you're trying to say here. Are u saying Dobbs would be a draw to a 4 or 5 star receiver? If so....you either are kidding or don't watch any of the games.

As a passer...NOT a runner....he is one of the worst in Div 1 and it isn't even close.

This is the most overmatched conference game I've seen in a long time. By rights the Vols should be up by 35.
Debord is so conservative and predictable. The defense knows we are going to run Hurd up the middle into the teeth of the defense, and go to the outside to our WR's and RB's..cause they know by now that Debord is scared chitless to throw downfield or in the middle of the field.

Give Dobbs credit. He's a fine athlete...seems like a nice, young kid...but HE CAN'T THROW. Why is that perceived as a slam? It's just a fact. Reactionary people get all weird and defensive about him.

Kahlil McKenzie is probably a horrible kicker. Is that a slam against him? No. People are what they are and Dobbs is a fine runner. Congrats to him.

And the problem with that is????

The offense is only as complete as the QB. The QB in Butch's system is extremely important (as contrasted to what Saban runs). If Dobbs doesn't improve, the offense will will only continue to sputter.

Except Dobbs job is also to pass. If Khalil starts kicking then we can use that example. Lol
