Thank you Ms Aesius. :) Just heard this before...paradigm shifts to next absolute. If such and such doesn't happen THEN Butch can't get it done. If he ever "gets it done" you and your husband will be silent...then we ALL win.

So it is okay if we go 6-6. Got it.

I have said it over and over...when Dobbs is throwing well, this offense is dang near unstoppable, bad OL and all. DCs are throwing everything at the line of scrimmage. When Dobbs is throwing like THAT, which it seems like is..well all the time..this Offense sucks..hard.

Has EazyTD posted lately? Would be great to get some insider info on things- mainly offense issues. How injured really is Dobbs, why isn't Jack Jones playing, Hurd and those discussions, where the heck is Marquez North, etc.

I agree, but, be careful, the Butch loyalists will add you to their Negavol attack list. For some reason I doubt you care. lol.

He's worried he might have to change his name. Paradigm shift and all...

Three years in, where was the W/L record with Dools? If they go 6-6, only a couple W's different despite having the best recruiting classes in years. Hopefully they go 9-4 and put the drama to rest.

I doubt if anybody that has been on VN since I joined 6 years ago thinks I am a Negavawl. I am not blind however, Josh Dobbs inability to consistently hit the broad side of a roofed animal enclosure, really makes the offense look worse than it is. It will cost us one of the next two games...and I hope I am completely wrong.

It will be a shame if Jack Jones is in the doghouse with Butch. He and Hall are very good when playing together on the right side. If he's injured, that's one thing, but if Butch is pissed at him for some reason, that's just bad. I believe that he's to stubborn to put two freshmen on the right side for fear of running off potential future OL recruits. That's just my opinion.

From what little I have heard of Jack Jones and his family I highly doubt Jack has any sort of issues with the coaches. Now he's drfinitely got a BAD ATTITUDE just not like that 😜

The thing that I don't understand about the "if... then Butch can't get it done" statements is that we watch good teams and good coaches drop games to lesser teams literally every week. Oklahoma got beaten by a terrible Texas team earlier this year. Alabama lost to an Ole Miss team that has since been exposed. The Pac 12 has cannibalized itself this year, to the point where none of those teams are in the playoff picture anymore. Auburn has sucked all year. Do we think Malzahn can never get it done? ...despite having already done so in his first season there?

These are all respected coaches who are still respected even now. But when it happens to Butch... Fire everybody, he can't get it done, he's a fraud, etc.

Criticize him all you want - he has done dumb things this year - but these ultimatums and final judgments are silly.

If they won out in dominant fashion, it wouldn't change your narrative...so quit pretending.

My narrative? I think 8-4 would be a success. We don't have any bad losses. But a loss to Mizzou or Vandy would be a HORRIBLE loss. This year is basically training wheels for a potential championship run next year. If Butch can't take care of business against two very weak teams, I will be extremely concerned about his ability to win meaningful games moving forward.

I still support Butch, FWIW. I had a meltdown after OU and UF, but I'm mostly back on board after UGA and Bama. But he really, really needs these last two games.

Agree...absolute arguments never ring true for me. They could dominate those two games and still flame out next year or conversely slip up and deliver next season. No set course.

Dobbs has had some good days throwing. If we just had more consistency in the passing game, we'd be pretty tough. I don't know enough to tell how much of it's on Dobbs and how much of it is on WR though.

Speaking of discombobulated passing games, Manning and the Broncos are really stanking it up right now.

They should have errors on Wide Receivers like they have in baseball when someone drops something that is right in their hands. It's not fair that the quarterback always gets blamed.

I wonder if Brett Favre would still be the all time int King if they took away ints he lasered in and out of WR's hands.
