Tell me more about the air fryer.
Sounds too good to be true. What brand do you have?Uses a mesh basket to hold the pieces. First coat chicken with olive oil, and then your favorite seasonings. Chicken goes in damp with oil... not dripping. No oil in the fryer, just hot air and what is on the chicken. A basket of wings holds about 8-10 pieces and takes ~15 mins to fry up.
At the half way point I rearrange the pieces as some will be touching, that gives an even cook. Thats it... hit em with some hot sauce and good to go.
I will need to test out "other" foods... shrimp, mushroom pizza, seems like the little cook book they provide has some interesting meals.
So far no complaints.
