Any more coaching vacancies? I predict Snyder and maybe one more. We're up to a dozen or so p5 right?

Remember when he looked like a young back early in the year as a Freshman. Lane looked better than him early on then he started to progress. Georgia was his turning point.

I think Kelly will be a playmaker at RB for us.

No Hurd was always a stud. A bad o-line made him look subpar to start his career.

Just a thought on Jauan Jennings. He's a 4 star QB recruit and yet decides to come to UT to "compete"against Dormady for the eventual starting qb job. If you're a highly touted QB like this why would u do that? Why not go to another highly visible program and at least get to play and show your stuff? He agrees then to change positions just so he can get on the field more.

Wasn't he "Mr. Tennessee Football" or something? He must've really wanted to be a Vol cuz u gotta think he could've gone to any number of schools and been starting QB right away.

Glad to have him...just kind of perplexed at his decision.

"Number" of SMALLER schools maybe...no way, barring catastrophic injury, that he steps on a P5 team and "instantly" starts at QB. Big schools that were recruiting him, spelled out that they wanted him for DB...Tennessee was the only one that offered him a shot at QB. They would have honored that promise but he wanted instant playing time, so they obliged. He was not "highly sought" at QB...but as an athlete! Hope that clears up your confusion. :hi:

Nope. Held 3 other offers at QB in the SEC
