Players made the mistake of throwing down the gauntlet, stating they were effectively on strike until Wolfe was fired. So...now they either hold to their threat (and Wolfe isn't going anywhere anytime soon), or end up skulking back to the locker room after "the appropriate promises were made".

Either way, they've done far more damage to the MU football program than they have done good for the cause they aligned with.

Useless hill to die on, IMO.

Black conservatives aren't the only ones who call it the government plantation. I'm a Latino Libertarian and I call it such.

It breaks up the family and breeds dependence on the government. The democratic politicians then use it as evidence that they actually care about the plight of the downtrodden as if making their poverty more bearable instead of helping them learn the tools they need to escape that poverty in the free market means they care. They keep offering free **** after free **** in attempts to grow government control of people's lives all under the guise of caring. The Tyranny for the betterment of the people is the worst kind of Tyranny to paraphrase CS Lewis and that is so true today.

And now Pinkel has issued a statement saying he backs his players. I don't see how he doesn't get fired over this.

Diversity Initiative = Structural Racism
Any formalized process requiring businesses or universities to make hiring/enrollment decisions on skin color for the purpose of increasing the number of blacks is structural racism.
We have come so far as a country. We've learned that discrimination is wrong and to fix it we should continue to discriminate.

Not calling you out. Just wondering what, through your experiences, you consider to be "structural racism"

Would you consider this to be racist?

A white officer is at a scene to take a report and the person refuses to speak with them because " all white cops are racist" and they demand a black officer come to the scene

All this over some idiot smearing dooky on a white wall in the shape of a swastika? Where are all the Jewish students? Shouldn't they be the ones upset? Missouri is a weird school! First Michael Sam and now this... SMH
