Once again literally only 10% of their services are abortions. Condoms don't always work. Birth control doesn't always work. It's not like women are flooding PP every few weeks for an abortion. Abortions are worst-case scenario fix-it's that generally emotionally wreck a lot of people. They aren't pleasant but unfortunately necessary in a lot of situations with lower-income/ younger women who accidentally got pregnant and/ or can't afford the child.

I really don't know what is going on in this situation but what were they wanting the university to do before this? I thought it was going to be something major when I heard about it but it seems like it's a couple minor incidents that the university has no authority over

Thinking heads should roll because someone got called the N word one time is asinine. Is Wolfe supposed to track down the redneck in his pickup and kick him out of school? If this group wants their safe bubble they should've gone to a historically black college. This is the real world and its not always pretty, but you can't go around making demands and causing trouble just because you don't like something.

Their college education is paid in exchange for them playing football. If they stop playing football for ANY reason other than injury they should have those scholarships pulled. Thats not being racist.

It's good to stand up for your beliefs. But it means little unless you are willing to pay a price for standing up.

The price being for these athletes should be loss of scholarship for not participating in the activity for which they received their scholarship.

If the administration does this it will probably lead to more news and more political activity in regards to the university. Can you say "Al Sharpton"? In any regard, the university president is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't because he has already been judged.

How does he handle an allegation that a student was called a ******? Payton Head sends a Facebook message that a guy in a pickup called him that and Wolfe has to take him at his word and kick a kid out of school for that? No judicial process, no evidence just handle it?

Granted, the majority of black people are not like that. That is few and far between, but it exists

Just like there is no system of oppression in this country, by the white majority, to keep down the black man

To rise up, you have to get an education and stop blaming others for your problems
