Just a couple of quick thoughts. Great night for football at Neyland, it was great walking out with a close heart pounding win.

I had us losing this game when I made my pre-season predictions so can't complain. Here's to gutting out a tough win tonight and hopefully a nice W and chance to get healthy next week.

Also these targeting calls seem to be getting quite ridiculous.

Tonight's targeting call was 100 correct and was the reason they put the rule in.

And to be candid I'm not sure I understand Mizzou thing or even what everybody's arguing. Some jackwad spreads a swastika Dudi on a dorm room wall. No Jews are upset but a black student is? And Free Speech? So he's starving himself because the president didn't do something? What does free speech have to do with anything? A civil war will now erupt?

Today was too much. You guys are crazy. I love you but your crazy. Everybody go to bed, go to church in the morning and hug your loved ones.

I agree that was bush league by Randolph. But I wonder how differently it would be viewed if the ball had hit Pharoh in his chest at the same time as the collision. Point is it didn't and 37 wasn't playing the ball or 11's hands.m and struck his head.

The costs of cleaning even under your argument are damages. Speech usually does not involve a proximate cause of a material effect. You might sell the argument but it would be a miscarriage of justice.

Yea, we can get technical not knowing the facts of it. If it was on a bathroom wall that is tile, then...Sure, true free speech is spoken or using a sign or whatever. There isn't much need to go further on something that I don't come here for. And that's my fault, too. Let's enjoy the win.

Volatil I'm gonna need a full scouting report ASAP.

@jacksonmorris29: I am blessed to say that I have committed to play football at the University of Tennessee!🍊 #GBO

@JamesWilhoit: Preferred walk on at Tennessee. Great opportunity. My Vols are loading up on kickers! #TheWilhoitWay

I was at the game so the replays weren't as good as at home but I thought it should have been a personal foul penalty for a late hit out of bounds but not targeting. Didn't think Randolf initiated contact with Cooper's head. Cooper appeared to lower his head and initiated a slight brush with the facemask.

Yea you're probably right. One thing's for sure, Randolph intended to make Cooper pay attention next time.

Right in the helmet, quintessential targeting.

Very good on KOs. Strong leg.

Not as impressed with his punting. Huddle film didn't show many long kick attempts. That was from his Junior year. Have to ask Jr if he knows him. I'm sure he does

No. It was absolutely 100% targeting. Randolph knew as soon as he did it. He took off his helmet and started walking to the locker room before they even called the penalty. The cynical side of me thinks he may have seen an opportunity to make a big (if illegal) hit on the other team's best player and took advantage hoping to knock him out of the game. It took him out for a couple of series.
