The appeals process for suspended Gators quarterback Will Grier is reportedly moving along.
Per Lake Norman Citizen sports editor Justin Parker, Grier and his lawyers are having a conference call with the NCAA this afternoon in hopes to get his yearlong suspension reduced.
UF previously told ESPN that the hope would be reduce Grier's suspension so he could be available for the start of the 2016 season.
It'll be worth monitoring when the NCAA reaches a decision on the matter and on what grounds Grier's appeal will follow. According to Parker, the NCAA's decision could come in a few weeks.
