She put her phone up too. The issue all started when she refused to have it confiscated. Like I said, rules/punishments being enforced however the "authority" sees fit. Pretty standard...

What I want is for him to punished the same way any of would be if we assaulted a teenage girl. If I did so and the only consequence was loosing my job. I'd feel like I won the lottery. I'd also like financial liability of any lawsuit to come out of his pocket and not the tax payers. Although far too many of the tax payers are retards like you and the douchebag so I suppose you reap the harvest to sow.

And he didn't loose anything. He threw away his ability to support his family. Big difference. If I throw my wallet out the window while driving down the interstate then it'd be pretty stupid for me to claim I lost it.

Also I don't know his marital status or if he has kids but, if so, his wife/kids should consider getting as far away from him as possible. The next incident of roided-out rage and it might be one of them getting thrown around like a rag doll.

While I do believe the school officer did more than necessary, some of you may need to do a bit of research on use of force.

If a situation arises and the subject of that situation does not comply or is non responsive to authority authority can then use the necessary amount of force to compel compliance from the unwilling subject.

Again, I believe he used more force than necessary. This does not nigate the fact that some of you soft skinned hippies are still sticking up for disobedient juveniles. All she had to give up were her cell phone, big deal.

A lot of you like to sh*t on the millenials, but defend them while the disrespect authority or elders. You're molding them into who they are, which is: ungrateful, disrespectful, lazy, etc. Yay America.

Its no different than your job....there are some things that you could mess up on that would get you fired but if a citizen did the same thing might get them sent to jail. You have certain amount of protection in the job you hold. He works in a field that he has to use physical force at times.
