Agreed. Butch needs to roll the dice with Dormady because we are clearly not getting it done with Dobbs. At this point we can't afford to give up these situations.

They just missed a FG and we ruin the possession by overthrowing a wide open receiver.

Dobbs does not appear to be a leader, which surprises me. I like the guy--but I never see him saying much of anything on the field. NOT GOOD. Guys should be talking after plays; QB needs to buck up the squad, not be a church mouse.

The execution or lack thereof eventually falls back to the headcoach. And the longer the team can't execute, the more the team loses and the more fault the head coach rightfully gets.
