Hey thanks.

I would recommend getting away from GoDaddy, which it sounds like you are since you mentioned a transfer. What is your new domain name?

Well the problem was is when my friend purchased my domain it wasn't from GoDaddy, when he first got it it was from eNom. Then he tried to transfer it to GoDaddy before it expired and that's where the problems arose. This time I purchased the domain straight from GoDaddy and then pointed the nameservers to the server my friend has. My new site is ericspcrepair.com and I will be trying my hardest to start my PC repair business I have wanted for 6 years.

Hah, cool. I have had seanspcrepair.com for a couple of years now and haven't done anything with it.

I actually found it easy to start building customers just from friends/family and their friends/family. I would do mostly on-site stuff, and there is definitely a market there. Most places charge around 100/hr. So if you can provide a somewhat reduced rate along with adequate service you should do fine. I ended up taking a corporate job, so have postponed that for now.

I don't think it requires much of an investment, especially if you aren't going to have a front/employees at first.

can we please get this as a sticky? jeez, this guy is updating this for us after every game and it isn't(ok, wasn't before i posted) even on the first page for everyone to see his work right now.
