Here's the latest. We have some songs that are being mixed right now and will then be sent to a few labels that are looking at us. They're about 95% finished. If they like them, we play a showcase for them and then we will release the songs and get signed for an album deal. It's been a long process (my inner Butch Jones speaking) but we are still on the right track. Manager is flying in from London the end of September to set up some press shots. If I miss the Florida game I will cry.

Honestly the people around Davis have said they don't believe he's going to Georgia. It's just hard for me to think otherwise given all the things he has said and done over the past six months or so.

That response is cryptic. What does he mean by otherwise? Is it hard for woody to think it otherwise that he isnt going to UGA or is it hard for woody to think otherwise what the people close to KD are saying?

Agreed, very poorly worded. After looking at it again, I think he is saying "the people close to KD don't think he is going to UGA, and it's hard for me to disagree."

Almost like saying "I don't disagree with them" when he could have just avoided the double negative and said "I agree with them."

I'm an engineer and even I know it's wrong to write a double-negative. Sheesh.

Woody believes those close to Kyle are pushing him to somewhere other than UGA, but he thinks based on conversations with Kyle that he is a UGA lean. For the record, Woody is notorious for leading a kid during an interview in the direction he wants it to go in. And most of the time, the kids don't seem really engaged with these analyst bombarding them with the same question. Personally, I think this is a good sign for us solely based on Woody having a horseshoe in his behind when it comes to UT.

Kyle Davis's mother has some health issues. That is a major concern for Kyle and his family. This is playing a big factor. Fortunately, it's only a 3 hour drive to Knoxville. Athens is an hour. I think that playing in an offense that will utilize and showcase his talents, and the chance at playing for one of the top 3 WR coaches in college is going to win out over a 2 hour drive difference.

The milkmen were extremely confident about getting this kid four weeks ago...the tune has completely changed I was with one of them last night and heard nothing but uncertainty and worry about TN. I get the sense they are on the defensive now in a major way.

Y'all can laugh and joke about what goes on at the exclusive country clubs etc...but guess what that is exactly why so much of this crap happens inside those walls...it remains private to a select group who can afford to keep their dealings private.

I still see some thinking I am a UGA fan...I was a VOL since the day I was born at St Mary's Hospital!

I just think people are a little sensitive over here due to the amount of supposed 'insiders' that frequent the board. Like some of the others have said, based on your donation you don't really have to explain yourself anymore. Thanks for the information. Keep it coming.
