So answer me this. What's your solution to the illegal alien situation?

Start by actually protecting the border (I don't really want a fence - I don't think it's practical). Bring the troops home and actually do something related to national defense....man the border.

Let almost everyone in. Document everyone and collect taxes on them. They can go through a long probationary period where they can eventually apply for citizenship. This replenishes our coffers (save SS and medicare), eliminates the social burden of immigration, and is the best guarantee of good behavior by immigrants.

If we streamline the documentation process, then there is no excuse for people that come here illegally. Deport them.

People that are already here can go through an expedited documentation process. It will be on record that they came here illegally, but they can stay and go through the probationary period. If they do not apply for the documentation process initially, they will be treated like people that came here illegally after the reforms (deportation).

He seems to me like he could do well with moderates in the general. But do you think he can win the nomination?

I think the nomination race is still wide open. I'm not sold on Kasich yet but to me he was the most impressive in the debate.

Plus he has a decent record as a Governor.

This doesn't sound like a bad plan overall. Just one clarification though, what do you mean by "let everyone in"?

I can go along with that plan.

I wonder if you agree with me and understand why most would consider the highlighted as a good strategy.

So you support increased profiling.

Got it.
I do. Absolutely, 100%. Stereotypes have basis in fact. 100% of the 9/11 hijackers were middle eastern descent between the ages of 25 and 40. 100%. Buddhists do not want to blow up airplanes. There are far more examples, but this one hits home with me the most.

Profiling is a tool, and political correctness should stfu about using it, especially if it saves lives.

You know both Hillary and Bernie are maintaining (and widening) a solid lead against Trump in national polls, right?

Also, I don't think Herschel represents the entire state. Don't be an idiot.

I was commenting on why the low information voters are not interested in Rand Paul and his stance toward EOs. Random? OK, If you say so I guess.

I was talking about Rs misunderstanding him and it sounded like you were talking about leftists ignoring him
