Yes. It's a little tree frog 35 feet up the house in the overhang. Just chilling out.

So I got a call form a lady who said she might have a problem with her covered porch.

I don't see anything to worry about really

Not to mention crazy people. I imagine work like that you deal with some characters. I worked for orkin after highschool, and got worried being in some peoples homes!

For example a person called me with a sudden water problem in their crawl space about a week ago. They bought a new fridge and had it delivered. The next day noticed a problem

The delivery guys cut the drain line from the old fridge to get it out and left it because the new fridge didn't have a drain.

The problem is every time someone uses water in the house back pressure pushes water out the open drain line.

Maybe she should get the place she bought it from pay reimburse her for damages.

She got lucky that it was noticed quickly. We caped the copper drain line then we cleaned up the water and ran big air movers for a week to dry it out. Fortunately no real damage to speak of.
