Why is the QB not playing in a scrimmage? Kind of ruins the point of a scrimmage when you're starting QB doesn't play.

Agreed but he is originally from Johnson City and his biggest idol is Peyton Manning so that can work quite well in our favor.

He's from Fall Branch according to his quote in the article not J.C or Kingsport.

But the general vicinity is close to all. I'm just bustin chops here. I just hope that in '19 he resides in the dorms in K-Town.
